What happens if my footwear does not fit?
We will be happy to exchange your footwear until you are completely satisfied.
How much will it cost to exchange my order?
We are happy to redeliver different sizes at no extra cost to yourself, all we ask is that you fund the return back to us.

Can I specify a delivery time?
Our low cost courier service can only commit to delivery between 9am to 6pm. However, if a parcel is delivered to your address while you're not there, they will leave a card with contact details. The Courier then sends the parcel out from the depot on a day requested by the customer to ensure that they are available to sign for the goods.
Estimated Time of Arrival - ETA?
Depending on what kind of postage you have selected, the number of days required for delivery is standard postage, which is up to 5 working days, although most deliveries are received within 3 days.
What if i am not sure which size to order?
Shoe sizing needs to be carefully considered to save you having to make a Return to us. Click here to view the ‘Returns’ section. We do not supply ½ sizes so please consider this carefully. If in any doubt, please email phaedrasafety@fsmail.net.
How secure are my credit card details when ordering online?
Very secure! FortecStore is committed to providing you with a secure online shopping experience. We are always striving to keep up to date with the latest technology and security protocols. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode. This will happen after you click Pay by Credit Card on the Checkout page, taking you to the Protx Secure Server to make payment. Once here you may enter your card details in safety.
I have seen a product in your catalogue but not on your web site. What is the situation with this product?
The product may be temporarily out of stock or not currently listed for some other reason. You could try using our search option, which is available on every page of the site. This will search, for the specific product you require. If in difficulty, please email phaedrasafety@fsmail.net. We're here to help.
I would like to order an item but don't live on the UK Mainland?
We normally supply to UK customers, but if you live outside England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, please email phaedrasafety@fsmail.net.
